Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Chumpys LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Solicitation Daily", "we"), 324 Peach Creek Cres, Nashville, TN 37214.

Important disclaimer. Solicitation Daily is an independent, privately run service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for SAM.gov, the U.S. General Services Administration, or any federal, state, or local government agency. Registering in SAM.gov and bidding on federal contracts is free. You never need Solicitation Daily to do either.

1. The service

Solicitation Daily emails you summaries of contract opportunities published in public SAM.gov data that match the preferences you choose. Free members get a weekly selection. Paid members get a daily email with all matches we identify.

2. No guarantees: we may miss notices

Notices come from public government data that may be late, incomplete, mis-coded, changed, or canceled. Matching relies on codes and text that agencies supply and on automated rules, so Solicitation Daily may miss notices that fit you, include ones that don't, or show outdated details (including deadlines and locations).
Summaries are excerpts and automated descriptions, not the official notice. Always read the full official notice and its amendments on SAM.gov before deciding whether or how to bid.
We don't guarantee that you will win any contract, earn any revenue, or that emails will arrive on time or at all (for example, if your spam filter or email provider blocks them).
Solicitation Daily isn't legal, accounting, or contracting advice. You alone are responsible for your eligibility (including set-aside status), your bids, and meeting deadlines.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost contracts, or missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $50 if you use a free plan.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Pro is $19/month or $190/year. The Founding member plan is $15/month for the first 100 subscribers, and that price stays the same while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, current pricing applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Any free trial converts to a paid plan at its end unless you cancel before then.
Cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Your plan keeps working until the end of the current billing period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice. Founding member pricing won't change while the subscription stays active.

5. Acceptable use

Solicitation Daily is for your own business use. Don't resell or redistribute the emails in bulk, scrape the site, or try to access other subscribers' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Email

By signing up you agree to receive Solicitation Daily emails and account messages. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Changes and ending the service

We may change or stop the service. If we stop a paid service, we'll refund any prepaid unused period. We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
